Most insurance companies have a mental health benefit and I will gladly assist you in seeking out of network reimbursement benefits, including a monthly statement provided by me, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you have never before submitted for reimbursement, it might feel overwhelming but it is an easy and straightforward process for most. Typically, you send my statement together with the paperwork from your insurance company, specifying your identifying information and the service for which you are seeking reimbursement. Most all of my clients submit for reimbursement and find they are compensated for some portion of my fee.
